Track basic usage of appearance options

Description

I'd like to do basic tracking (opt in of course) of usage of the new appearance controls. Please track the following user actions. (Note that text size change is already covered.)

If the user changes appearance on the Article reader toolbar:

@JMinor Should the names keep with the existing style with spaces (Adjust Brightness) or should the be as the ticket describes with underscores(adjust_brightness)?

Thanks for catching this, just sloppiness on my part. Please use the existing pattern (caps with spaces).
