I try to set the global live state for the domain "kso.etjanster.lantmateriet.se" on https://tools.wmflabs.org/iabot/index.php?page=manageurldomain&action=submitdomaindata to alive (see screenshot), but when I save, it resets and does not seem to be saved.
It's saved. Alive and dead states do not show, as they are applied at the URL level for each. Only Whitelisting, Blacklisting, and Paywall are applied at the domain level, and show on the tool.
As an FYI, you deleted all the archives IABot knows about for every URL in that domain, and restricted it from finding new ones or using existing ones on Wikipedia. This means if those sites do die, it will simply tag them and not bother to look for an archive.
The domain in question is an interactive mapping service that isn't archived correctly with Wayback Machine, so I think that's ok. Thanks for clarifying.
