On the item Q3341824, when users try to change the en description from "family name" to "Wikimedia disambiguation page", they get an error message "Could not save due to an error. Item Q3341824 already has label "Nikonov" associated with language code en, using the same description text."

What the reporter says on https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Wikidata:Contact_the_development_team is that he's trying to add the description (not the label) on Q33315760 to Wikimedia disambiguation page and this isn't allowed because Q3341824 already has the same label + description, which isn't true. I tested it and did reproduce it. Already tried a purge of both items and that didn't help.
I was able to reproduce this on test.wikidata.org with https://test.wikidata.org/wiki/Q74567 and https://test.wikidata.org/wiki/Q74568 - try adding "some description" as the English description of Q74567. It seems that the new en description on one item is conflicting with the existing en-gb description on the other, even though we normally treat en and en-gb as if they were completely independent languages.
Haha sorry, I wrote label instead of description, but it was indeed the description :)
