Currently Recent changes are listed as a bulleted list which makes them quite difficult to scan.
For a long time I've been thinking of a table view which I believe would make a user experience much better.
I've made a "test table" with some random entries of this day just to represent the idea a little bit easier:
Some considerations to making a table format would be how "Enhanced Recent Changes" and the extra buttons (such as [Rollback]) would be found. T53942: Watchlist and recent changes usability issues (tracking) puts it best though:
Watchlist and recent changes are not exactly the pinnacles of great design in general, neither in code, in looks or in usability.
Are you working on implementing this in core / extension (or is this a request)? Asking because you assigned yourself to make the change.
