@BukhariSaeed Thank you for raising this! do you think you can provide a vectorized version of the SVG? or recommend a particular typeface that I can use to generate the vectorized version? also in second case, I would need the text string for the word. I can then generate the logo for you to review.

This is actually one of those rare cases where consensus is not needed.
We are showing an English localised logo when the logo should be written in Urdu (consistent with a desktop). This is a bug my team has introduced (see larger epic T142426). Imagine going to meta wikipedia and seeing the mediawiki logo... that would also be a bug right?

@BukhariSaeed this task related to the website could you please open a new task for the app rather than repurposing this one? You'll need to tag Wikipedia-Android-App-Backlog to get the right people.
We use tasks for historic information so its important to keep them all as fine grained as possible!
