On https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:Preferences#mw-prefsection-echo - last section "Blacklist..." I see the placeholder text "Add more..." which is not translated

This seems to just be the mw-widgets-usersmultiselect-placeholder message, am I missing something?

Seems so. And it is already translated into 54 languages. But not visible on Meta.
