After discussions with Legal, Ops, Analytics and Research (incl. Scoring Platform) about the different use cases to handle access to servers that involves PII, I'd like to work on a better, centralized way to track this, in particular.

• NDAs related to research/data analysis activities
• MOUs that determine the scope and timeframe of a research collaboration
• server access responsibilities agreements that are used to grant server access

This is a placeholder task to coordinate this work in FY18.
