Description

Onboarding/User-education card (T172187)

  • should show only if the user has no compilations (and hasn't seen the onboarding yet).
  • shown only when user has connectivity.

"Manage compilations" card (T163595)

  • should only show when the user has compilations to manage
  • shown only when user is offline

hi @Dbrant / @Mholloway – I'm unable to bring back the Offline library promo card after I saw it the one time yesterday. This is with a new alpha build 2.6.201-alpha-2017-08-24 installed. Can we also add to developer settings to be able to turn it back on?
