Description

I'm not sure whether this is a bug or not, but just a hunch.

The the "Pageviews per capita" mode, it seems that the "per person" number is based on page views and population. E.g. for a country with population 1M, connected: 50%, and 10M page views, it says 10 per person (whereas I'd expect it to say 20 per person, given only 0.5M are considered "connected").
