Add new wildcard to Meta userrights-interwiki log
Open, MediumPublicFeature

Description

Currently, on https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:Log/rights - wild cards for userrights-interwiki changes done by stewards/sysadmins are allowed via User:Username@* - this retrieves the userrights changes for the account "Username" on all WMF CentralAuth wikis, including Meta. I think that it could be useful to add a new wildcard variable. This variable would allow a query from the Meta rights log to retrieve the userrights-interwiki actions of all users on a particular project. Right now, we can only retrieve an account on all projects or an account on one project. However, I think it might be helpful and useful to be able to wildcard all accounts on one project. Or, perhaps, for performance reasons, be able to retrieve all accounts on a particular project's Special:ActiveUsers page.

Refined user story: I would like to see all rights changes for a project that were done from the central wiki

Potential target keywords: "User:*@projectname", "*@projectname", "@projectname"

There's no reason for this to be undermined priority. It's not an urgent bug, but yet it is something that I would like done as soon as possible. Additionally, as an intermediate MediaWiki developer, I will try to work on a solution for this if I have time. Therefore, this is normal priority. Users are free to raise the priority if they feel it's important but please do not lower or untriage this task. Thank you.
