Two attached screen recordings show that when the 'Edit' for a Flow post is clicked, there is a significant delay before displaying any content.

In production, loading of the content for the editing post action is not smooth, but the content of the post loads as fast as before.

Re-checked in testwiki (wmf.16) - on average, it takes 4-6 min to open the content for editing in wikitext mode.
