[BUG] Setting switches don't persist when scrolled off the screen and back on again

Description

How many times were you able to reproduce it?

Always

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open settings
  2. Switch "Warn if leaving zero" to off (or on if it was off)
  3. Scroll the "Warn if leaving zero" cell off the edge of the screen and back on again

Expected results

Value of the switch represents the value you changed it to

Actual results

Value of the switch reverts to the original value

Notes

Same thing happens with every switch in settings

Environments observed

App version: 5.5.1 release, 5.6 (1194)

Testing on iPhone 6s (iOS 10.3.3) and Wikipedia app 5.6.1 (1200). As seen in the video below this is fixed.
