Description

As a follow up of T172026: [wmf.11] "Number of edits to show in recent changes ..." form accepts invalid numbers

wmf.12 does not have the issue.

Select in Preferences-Recent changes 'Number of edits to show...' =1
Recent changes page won't display 1 on 'Show last changes' button. The drop down selector is fine.

Note: 0 number of edits will be displayed as all other user -defined settings.

It shows the singular version of the message: "Show last change" (note, it's a single change)

I don't see this as a bug, but I can add "Show 1 change" if it's crucial. I honestly don't know why anyone would WANT to see only one change, but either way, I don't quite see this as a bug.
