Description

I've seen this happening too many times (I won't say many times, but more than 5 times is TOO many times)
Can we be more cautious when dealing with "root" (no subpage / path) websites (which are often official websites)? Maybe look if a version is available at Google Cache?

IABot has checks in place to account for temporary outages. A different ticket with the solution is open for this particular problem.
