Need to know the time schedule for the plenary session in the Humanities Faculty. The Rector of the university is attending and need to block her agenda for that day. Could you please give that info?

It's ok for me. But I'm afraid that the rector has a very busy agenda. So I finally had blocked the rector agenda for friday the 18th May from 10 to 11:30. Regarding last year venue in Viena that was the starting time as well.

So my proposal for friday the 18th openning is:

Location: Auditorioum of the Philosophy and Humanities Faculty

Time: 10-11:30 am

Sorry, the Coffee Break is not offered by the UAB. I supposed that would be a nice idea to offer the coffee at the Auditorium (due to the time table). But if it not fits we can move all the participants diretly to the school and have the coffee there..

Hello, sorry for not having reacted earlier to the ping. I'm waiting for an answer from UAB's Oficina de Medi Ambient regarding an activity we're planning to offer prior to the opening. I have suggested them to schedule it from 8 to 9:30, so if things work out there won't be any interference with the proposed opening time.
