On Aug 08 11:12:50, wdqs-updater on wdqs1001 was throttled. It stopped doing any update after being throttled. It looks like this is the only instance of wdqs-updater being throttled so far, so ensuring that the updater reacts correctly to throttling is probably a better solution than treating it as a special case. We might still want to add a way to exclude the updater from throttling, or to give it different limits, especially for initial imports.
