Task will be done when a draft outline is created for each of these workshops, being planned for New Editor Experiences work:

• Steeping in findings and personas (team participating, reads and deep dives into research findings and personas / conversation / Q&A
• Focus: Collective decision making: of the 13 findings, and opportunities, which can we address to increase new editor retention in KO and CZ Wikis?

[ ] Concept generation: Focusing on the findings / observations we decided on in "focus", we generate many ideas / concepts that we think will successfully address those findings / opportunities to increase new editor retention in KO and CZ Wikis.

• Concept generation with Korean community to gather more concepts to add to the batch.
• Concept generation with Czech community to gather concepts to add to the batch.

[ ] Concept evaluation: condensing, systematizing and deciding on 3-5 (team will decide a number together) concepts to further develop and build work flows from.

• Concept evaluation with Korean community to share decisions from last workshop (Concept refinement) and gather feedback, thoughts, ideas about the direction we are moving in, and iterate together.
