Considering many variables: Time, remote and in office participants, using paper and digital technologies, need for synchronous conversation, need for individual and team time to do preparatory work before workshops.
How do we design the workshops (Findings, Focus, Concept generation, iteration with KO community, Iteration with CZ community, Concept evaluation) so the people who need to be involved can be, and it doesn't suck for remotes or people in office.
This task will be complete when we decide how (fully remote, fully in person, some combo) and when (before Q1 is done, seems impossible considering Wikimania, vacations and 2 weeks with no office end of September) to accomplish this series of workshops.
