There is nothing to be done here. If the bot doesn't find one, then a human needs to find a working archive. Another bot actually helps IABot with this to provide it with archives IABot cannot find.

Please do not re-open tasks that have been declined. Sometimes the Wayback Machine just doesn't provide an archive. Things could have changed at the time the bot requested an archive.

The Wayback API says no snapshot is available:
