Description

Steps to reproduce

Ensure Developer settings has readingListTutorialEnabled toggled ON
Open the app and tap to add any article to a reading list to trigger the tutorial screen.

Expected

The button color is the Accent50-Ink Blue (#3366cc) color.

Actual

The button is the old teal color, but turns into the correct color on tap and holding it.
