The Newsletter extension has been deployed to test.wiki!!!

One problem for testing this extension is that only administrators can create newsletters. This is intended behavior as agreed in prior discussions but... it doesn't help (me) testing this extension here and now. I will request admin rights just for this.
Anyway, this is a task to share any feedback about this last testing phase before deployment in MediaWiki.org.

Default permissions were discussed at T154229: Agree first user group that will be able to create newsletters in Wikimedia.
I think it is OK to have the same permissions in test.wikipedia.org, since it helps us getting an idea about the workflows involved. As soon as Newsletter is deployed in MediaWiki.org, we will need a notice somewhere explaining that, for now, new newsletters must be requested to admins (I am an admin there, so no problem in the short term).
Hi, I was on vacation in & out. I will ask my team to help with the testing, since they are among the first plausible users of this extension.
@Addshore I think this extension is ready to go.
The testing helped finding one major bug (fixed) and one glitch (T174602) that @01tonythomas cannot reproduce outside of test.wikipedia. That glitch only represents a very minor problem to a few and special users (users granted publisher permissions by an admin), and in fact checking whether it can be reproduced in production will be useful to find the cause.
