The Technical Collaboration Guidance has been around for about a year now, and a lot has changed and occurred since the inception of the project.
It would be helpful for some of the Community Liaisons and Product Managers got together to review the past year of the TCG. The ultimate goal of the review is to establish that the two teams have a shared understanding of the TCG and its purpose

The retrospective was held today, facilitated by Max Binder. From Audiences we had Dan Garry, Danny Horn, and Sam Smith. From the CL team we had Erica Litrenta, Nick Wilson, and myself.
It was productive. Notes will be forthcoming internally in about a week after review by the retro team, then probably published on-wiki.
The two teams are going to develop shared goals for the TCG, and then form working groups to improve the text and design to improve utility and quality.
