Most of devices have a built-in Text-to-Speech (TTS) software on them. Use it to read the WP articles would be really useful, specially for those people with visual handicaps. Some volunteers has recorded articles for that reason, help people with handicaps and even those learning a new language. But they're so few. Use TTS would fix that.
