  • [Hrvoje] Create a list of participating monuments.
  • [Hrvoje] Make sure subscribed to wlm-announce list
  • [Hrvoje] Make sure subscribed to wikilovesmonuments list
  • [Hrvoje] Start thinking about the jurors for the national contest (3-5 people. You want to have Wikimedian(s), heritage expert(s), and professional photographer(s) in your jury. Ping the international team if you want to talk more about this.)
  • [Hrvoje] Think about the prizes. Apply for RapidGrant if you choose to.
  • [Hrvoje] Gather a couple of volunteers to help you organize it. :)

Marking this as Resolved since the uploads are coming in. The list of items to be done b ythe organizers is shared with them, so hopefully they can start going through them now that they can have a bit more time. :)
