Hi,

We'd like to update this rule:

Remove the following projects from "Projects include any of":

  • Android-app-feature-Feeds (Android-app-feature-Feeds-MVP-2.0)
  • Android-app-feature-Navigation (2016-Q1-Jul-Oct-MVP)
  • Android-app-goals-2016-Oct-Dec-Q2
  • Android-app-goals-2016-Jul-Sep-Q1

Add the following project to "Projects do not include":

Remove the following project from "Projects do not include":

Event Timeline

This rule is now breaking the first attempt to add tasks to our current "Enchilada" release board (https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/project/view/2839/). Can we just delete it? It doesn't seem reasonable to have to keep updating this rule to not break things each time we migrate to a new release board.

@Mholloway: Whatever your team prefers and explicitly agrees on... please clarify (Also see what's possible).

Hmm, that would have been a great conversation for last week's team retrospective, which just happened last Friday, and as of today I've moved to Reading Infrastructure. :[

My concern is that it can trick the unwary by immediately undoing the first attempt to move a task into a release board that isn't explicitly provided for in the rule. (I've trained myself to look for this and immediately move it again, e.g., here and here, but that doesn't really seem like an optimal solution.)
