LexemeSense should be an EntityDocument, so it can be used as a sub-entity of Lexeme, using the mechanism described in T165328: Allow entity sub-structures to be treated like entities (so called sub-entities)..

Note that LexemeSense does not need an EntityHandler or EntityContent implementation, since it's not a "top level" entity type. it also has no associated content model or namespace.
