Steps to reproduce

1. Open the Hello
2. Enable flight mode
3. Tap on the salutation link on that article and open it on a new tab (This should have shown the Article cannot be loaded error page with that article's name on the top bar)
4. Disable flight mode to regain network connection
5. Refresh the page instead of using the Retry button

Expected results
The article name isn't shown in the top bar

Actual results
The article name remains on the top bar. Even worse, it appears on the top bar of other tabs too!

The article name appearing on top bar of other tabs seems to be a separate issue, I guess, as it happens regardless of the above steps.
