Import Old Takedown Tools DB into New Takedown Tools DB

Description

Before the new Takedown Tools can be launched the old database needs to be imported into the new database.

We should either create a script in the new takedown tools to import the old database, or just create a standalone script that uses the new Takedown Tools API (which might be faster).
