At the Tech offsite, we agreed to set up a Working Group to figure out how we can get better at sunsetting projects. First step: Find a leader. Second step: Figure out next steps.

Projects-Cleanup and mw:Gerrit/Inactive_projects might be related resources on a technical level (not regarding the social "decision workflow" this ticket might be about).
