Feature request:

Images in the feed are lazy loaded, which is good, but it would be better if they were loaded just before they came on screen so we don't have checkers while waiting for the images to fill in.

This is low priority, but would be a nice polish enhancement if we can do it without adversely affecting scrolling and without downloading too much extra content.
