Why are we doing this?
User education does not need to stop at the end of onboarding. We are currently using feed cards to alert users to new features or to encourage users to set up notification and location preferences. As well as tooltips for hard to find features. How can we unify the design of this messaging and ensure that user education elements are easy to spot and utilize?

Recommendations
- Update Location services request on feed to match other feed cards
- Consider updating tool tip to utilize the new iOS 11 tool tip style
Proposed designs
Updated Places feed card
This feed card utilizes the same styling as the Reading themes feed card and the News notification feed card. The goal of this design is to unify the designs of all user education / permission requests on the feed.

'W' navigation tool tip as iOS 11 overlay
In iOS 11 Apple has introduced a new user education element. The design below is a proposal to adopt this style as a replacement for tool tips.
This new styling has advantages and disadvantages. The main advantages are that the card allows for more space for explaining and illustrating features. This style of user education card also persists until dismissed by the user which could either be a benefit or a disadvantage.
