Hello! The same issue happened to us when uploading these files to Commons:

https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Literature_II,_Harutyun_Surkhatian.djvu
https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Literature_II_tom,_Harutyun_Surkhatian.djvu
Now we have requested deletion of these files but it seems admins of Commons cannot do it.

The file URL gives out 502 error: https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/d/d5/Literature_II_tom%2C_Harutyun_Surkhatian.djvu

Also, the thumbnails are broken and admins in commons can't delete it per:

An unknown error occurred in storage backend "local-multiwrite".

I tried with deleteBatch.php and it says it deleted them but they are still there.
