I have merged Reedy's patch (https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/374384) and restarted MySQL on both sanitarium db1095 and db1102 and they have picked up the new replication filters.
Also, I have subscribed myself to the main task to make sure I get notified once the wiki is created so we can double check nothing is being sent to the labs servers.
I believe the DBA side of things are done, pending to check once the wiki is actually created in production.
