This is done as far as I am concerned. There is one commit left to be merged, 375012. I will merge it next week if nobody complains or merges it before me.

I have only deleted Ruby Selenium tests, I did not set up Node.js Selenium tests. If there is interest in Selenium tests, let me know and I will set up everything and create the first test.
