Have a way to differenciate the Newsletter title in Notifications.
Open, LowPublic

Do we consider a newsletter as a kind of newspaper? In the two following examples, should't "The Technical Collaboration Observer" be in italics?

What benefit would it have to use italics? It's a notification and not a PhD, so I don't think we "should" use any particular format for the sake of formalities. :)

If a change is needed, I would follow the format used for Flow notifications, where there are two elements as well. However, I think it is better to wait and see whether other users have similar observations.

At least, Flow notifications have quotes around the topic name and bold for this topics name and the page name.

I like that button (or something similar) saying View new issue though.
