Overflow menu in 'Offline Library' screen
Steps to reproduce
- Download an article pack aka compilation
- Go to the main page of 'Offline Library' (you should see the compilation listed with it's progress
- Tap on the overflow menu of that compilation
Expected results
A 'Cancel' option or some other option is shown
Actual results
The 'Share' and 'Delete' options are shown even though the download is still in progress

Steps to reproduce
- Download an article pack aka compilation
- Go to the page listing all compilations
- Locate the article pack currently being downloaded
- Tap on it's overflow menu
Expected results
No overflow menu is present (or) it contains some useful options
Actual results
A 'Download' option is present thought a download is already in progress. Tapping on it doesn't trigger another download.

Note : I guess it would be nice to show a 'Cancel' option in the overflow menu in both cases. The 'x' button near the progress could be removed as it would be redundant. Just my suggestion.
NOTE 2 :Search bar not completely hiding the top bar seems a little odd.
