Description

In ordinary MediaWiki pages, links to pages in the server itself are not recorded (see T21637 and ParserOutput.php), but those in flow topics and board descriptions are recorded.

e.g. https://test.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?target=https%3A%2F%2Ftest.wikipedia.org%2F&title=Special%3ALinkSearch lists Topic:Txa2k4lfhfi1up05 (in Wikipedia talk:Flow) which I created recently. Similar link in board description of Wikipedia talk:Flow is also shown.
