The acceptance (or not) of T174741 will come out in December. In that same month, we need to do call for papers. :)

Steps

• 1. Dario and Bob to review the current version of CfP and make final adjustments.
• 2. Leila review, make final changes.
• 3. Ideally send out the CfP on 2017-12-08
