Description

The CentralNotice banner is not being displayed properly on zh-min-nan Wikipedia and other wikimedia projects.

It would looks like below (original page):

I can't find a way to fix it. Please help. Thanks.

There is also a minor problem: the language used by the banner's interface (such as "Káung kī" in the image above) is probably cdo, not nan (zh-min-nan). The translation for nan seems ready but not being applied yet.
