Interwiki flow bundles do not update wiki names on the fly

Description

Hi.

  1. Login account A.
  2. Go to wiki X.
  3. Notify user B.
  4. Go to wiki Y.
  5. Notify user B.
  6. Login account B with interwiki notfications.
  7. Click on alerts.
  8. You'll see a collapsed bundle with a message you have alerts from X and from Y.
  9. Click on the blue point of the first.
  10. The message will not change to from Y.

The issue is not reproduced reliably, unfortunately. I definitely saw it once in wmf.17 (in enwiki with notifications from testwiki and hewiki). @IKhitron please let me know if the issue is still reproducible and provide which wikis were used for posting notificaitons.

Mmmmm. I will, of course, but the problem is that you can meet such a situation once in relumma.
