Add swagger spec for summary endpoint

Description

Add entries for new summary endpoint to spec.yaml in mobileapps repo. We could leverage a lot of what is already in RB. This is a follow up to my comment on https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/370694/8.
