For "historical reasons" we deploy the same plugins to the logstash cluster than to the cirrus cluster. Those plugins aren't used by logstash, we should just stop deploying them.

Cleanup of old plugins done, elasticsearch has been restarted, no errors are seen in the logs, we seem to be all good!
