Per :d:Property_talk:P1799#Formater_url Malta seems to have already been imported. Since our code is already written ( T173926: [mt] Base class for Malta import) it might still be worth taking a look at any additional data that we have mapped and might be able to add while avoiding overwriting e.g. P 31 with our more general one.
The solution seems to be to import Cultural heritage status (P1435). There is however a discussion about which is the most appropriate value of this.
Comparing a few of them it looks like the only additional info we have is the registrar_url as a qualifier on the Property id. Considering the comments on the un-reliability of generating the Maltese urls in the way that the Monuments Database did I suggest we skip adding these and therefore by extension skip importing Malta all together.

There is a message on your or the bots discussion page about appropriate heritage statuses (i.e. whether the one we had chosen was appropriate). A good output might be all id's in the Monument database where the matching object does not yet have a heritage status.
