This is the second in a series of blog posts about WikiMedia Technical Debt.

The series is to cover identifying TD, removing TD, and how to avoid incurring additional TD.

This post will focus on the removal of existing TD. Proposed topics will be: How to track TD, how to prioritize/select what to address, and approaches to planning the work.
