Add Newsletter publisher as an information on on-wiki Notifications
Open, LowPublic


For every action done by a user that triggers a notification, you will have the name of this user at the bottom of the notification, as first information. This is visible on Notifications examples.

I am not sure about highlighting the username of the publisher. Like wiki pages (and unlike comments), a new issue of a newsletter might be the work of many people. In fact, if we add the username in the notification I am pretty sure that someone will come asking for a preference to remove it. :)

What matters is that Newsletter X has a new issue Y. The user who sends that announcement is not relevant.
