The email part is great. The mediawiki alerts are great.
But could you, please, add the issue description to the interwiki bundle?
When getting a new alert on other wiki by interwiki Echo system, you can see only "you have a new issue", without the issue description. And if you click on it, you get the issue page. So, you never see the description.

First we would need to check whether the Notifications framework allows to do this.
All the interwiki notifications that I am receiving consist of title only, without description. For instance, interwiki Flow notifications don't feature the text excerpt that they show in their local wiki.
