used to guide me to search, find and translate any page in a sandbox subpage of mine, until recently. Targettitle is now ignored, if the source page to translate is not pre-declared and already existing.
If targettitle is declared, after clicking [Start translation] button it should be taken into account, and not be replaced by the original language article title.
