It'd be good if Special:EnableFlow had a heading message explaining what the page does and not assume that everyone knows that :)
MediaWiki:Flow-special-enableflow-text should be amended with a descriptive message.

You can use this page to enable Flow on a single page. Please note that existing content will not be converted and instead will get archived in a subpage.
Does it sound good?
It'll need GENDER support, in case it does not already.
Good idea to document this!
The sentence sounds good. Maybe remove the "please note that"?
Can you add a link to the Help page about Activation? https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Special:MyLanguage/Help:Flow/Activation#Activate The anchor is i18n friendly.
Based on the languages I speak, I don't see any element that requires GENDER.
On Arabic, "you" seems to be different when referring to different genders iirc. Not sure about removing the "please note that...", but I'm no linguist. If the majority think it's unneeded, I have no problems to do that.
