[BUG] Next button color in article editing is using incorrect old color

Description

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open an editable article
  2. Tap on the pen icon to edit the introduction or some section within the article
  3. Make a small edit so that the "NEXT" button becomes active

Expected

Active button background color for "NEXT" should be Accent50 (Light mode) or Accent75 (Dark mode)

Actual

Active button background color for 'NEXT" is in an outdated teal color.
