This task tracks working to make sure wishes in the 2017 Community Wishlist are clear and well defined so editors know what they're voting for, working with editors who've suggested something.

Many wishes for the Community Wishlist tend to be "improve this" which can be problematic because users then vote for the wish with radically different notions of what improving it would mean. It's easy to project one's own wishes on a task like this: everyone likes improvements. More well-defined wishes are at a disadvantage, because they are easier to disagree with.

We should work on this during the proposals phase.
